Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before 10am from the day of arrival. Cancellations made between 5 and 3 days notice will incur a charge equal to the first night charge of the booking, where less than 3 days notice is given or in the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Note for any nights where the rooms can be re-let these charges will be deducted from the cancellation fee incurred. Where more than two rooms are booked in a single reservation a minimum of 7 days notice is required for each room, with deductions made for any room nights re-let. We reserve the right to pre-authorise payments using the card details supplied. If this is declined by the card issuer, we will cancel the booking. We DO NOT accept clubbers or couples under 21.
Guests are kindly requested to inform Avonpark House in advance of their estimated time of arrival. If an earlier time (from the times below) is required this can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Check-In Times:
Monday - Friday: 11.30-14.00 and 17:00 - 22:00
Sat / Sun: 10.30-13.30 and 18:00 - 20:00
Arrivals outside of the above specified times can usually be accommodated by contacting Avonpark House directly and by making prior arrangement.
Please note for early arrivals rooms may not be accessible until approximately 1.30pm.
Free parking is limited to one vehicle per room. Second vehicles are charged at an additional fee per day (this is subject to request).
Payment Information:
Credit or Debit card details are only taken as a guarantee. However, we reserve the right to pre-authorise the card. Settlement of the bill can be made by cash or by an alternative card to the guarantee card. Where check-out is likely to occur during breakfast time, payment will be requested on arrival or the night before check-out.
