A short cut from our Guest House, leads to the Old Tramway walk. This is a pleasant tree lined path that borders the recreation ground adjacent to the River Avon, passing next to the Cricket ground and Butterfly Farm and over the Old Tramway Bridge. Enjoy a stroll into the town centre away from traffic. Leave your car behind, parked on our private driveway.

Access Statement We have limited availability to assist guests requiring facilities suitable for disabled access. There are two steps from the front driveway into the hallway. Two ground floor bedrooms are available for guests with walking difficulties. However neither are suitable for wheelchair access. These same rooms are only a few feet from the Dining room. En suite rooms are fitted with showers, but no grabrails are fitted. Detachable hand grips are available on request. There is parking on the driveway immediately outside the house, and a larger space can be reserved for guests with special needs, subject to request and availability.
